Retailer overview
Net-a-Porter is the luxury womenswear site founded by Natalie Massenet in 2000 and, for a decade, the flagship of Richemont’s Yoox Net-a-Porter group. On April 24, 2025, Mytheresa completed its purchase of YNAP; the combined company is now LuxExperience B.V., with Richemont holding a third. The Outnet, the off-price sister site, was sold to a separate US operator in April 2026 and is no longer in the group, so the old “does Net-a-Porter price-match The Outnet” question no longer applies.
Under Richemont, Net-a-Porter’s affiliate program was unusually generous and the portals paid 6-10%. Under LuxExperience the rates have settled into the 2-3% range that’s normal for luxury, and the card-offer cadence has slowed. The site itself is unchanged: 800-plus designers, same-day delivery in New York and London, 28-day returns.

TopCashback is the portal here, on rate and on code compatibility. Neither portal pays meaningfully on sale merchandise anymore, so during the sale the discount is the sale.

Credit card / Amex Offer strategy
Nothing is live. Amex ran $100 back on $500 through August 4, 2025; nothing since. Bank of America (3%, expired September 14, 2026) and US Bank (5%, expired March 2025) ran click-through offers that work like a portal rather than stacking with one.
Mr Porter, by contrast, has a $100-on-$500 Amex Offer and a matching Chase Offer live through November 8 and 9, 2026. For anything sold on both sites (unisex accessories, some sneakers, fragrance), buy it on Mr Porter while those run.
Net-a-Porter codes as apparel or department store; no travel-card bonus applies.
Codes and loyalty
FIRST10. 10% off a first order on web and app. TopCashback lists it and pays 3% alongside it. Minimum spend unverified. There’s also a separate 10% newsletter offer; one first-order discount per customer.
NET-A-PORTER Rewards. Silver, Gold, Platinum, EIP, by annual spend. Free shipping and early sale access as you climb. EIP (roughly ÂŁ10,000 a year) gets a personal shopper and pre-launch access. Perks, not points.

Best time of year to buy
What to wait for vs. buy now
Buy now (with FIRST10): a full-price piece in a popular size that won’t survive to the sale, from a brand not on the exclusion list.
Wait for the sale: anything from Bottega Veneta or The Row (excluded from cashback on both portals, so the code is your only layer either way), basics, and any piece where 50% off changes the decision.
Buy on Mr Porter instead: anything sold on both sites, until the $100 card offers expire in November.

- Sign in (Rewards tier credits automatically). Build the cart. Apply FIRST10 at checkout.
- Check Amex and Chase Offers out of habit; nothing is live as of mid-September.
- Pay with your best flat-return card with purchase protection.
- Confirm TopCashback shows the order pending within 48 hours.
