Card offers that stack.
A card-linked offer is a statement credit from your card issuer for spending at one merchant. Because it's paid by the card, not the store, it stacks on top of the sale price and the cashback portal. This is every one we've verified at a retailer on this site, plus the standing credits (the Platinum's $75 a quarter at lululemon, the Reserve's $150 at StubHub) that work the same way and never expire.
Last verified September 16, 2026. 41 live offers, 12 standing card credits, 44 expired offers kept for cadence. Offers are targeted, so not every card sees every offer; they can also vanish before their printed date. Everything here is for US-issued cards (other markets are coming). Portal rate changes live on the rate watch.

Open the Offers tab. Amex app: Offers (Amex's guide). Chase app: tap the card, then Chase Offers (Chase's FAQ). Check every card you hold, because targeting differs card to card.

Add it before you buy. Tap Add to Card. An offer that isn't added before the purchase doesn't pay.

Pay with that card, at the merchant. Open the merchant's Stackable page for the full stack (portal, code, timing), click through the portal from there, then check out with the enrolled card. The credit posts in a few days to a few weeks.

Standing card credits
Built into the card's annual fee, so there's nothing to add in an Offers tab. They renew on a schedule and expire unused, which makes them the first layer to check before a purchase at these merchants. Most require buying direct, so they don't combine with a reseller's portal rate; each row says which.

How to read this. "Portal stacks" means the offer's terms don't exclude third-party cashback and the purchase happens on the merchant's own site, so a Rakuten or TopCashback click still tracks. "Pay the merchant directly" means a purchase through Amazon, Best Buy, or an online travel agency won't trigger the credit. Both are read from the offer terms, not assumed. Every offer excludes gift cards unless stated.
